By using The Faith Thailand website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
01Services
The Faith Thailand provides online prayer and worship services. We arrange for qualified prayer masters to perform ceremonies at authentic Thai temples on behalf of our customers. Photos and/or video evidence of the ceremony will be provided.
02Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to payment confirmation. Prices displayed in currencies other than THB are approximate and based on exchange rates updated every 6 hours. The actual charge is in Thai Baht (THB). Payment must be completed via one of our supported payment methods, and a payment receipt must be uploaded for verification.
03Ceremony Scheduling
Ceremonies are typically performed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Scheduling may vary based on temple availability and special religious dates. We will notify you of any delays.
04Refund Policy
Refunds are available for orders where the ceremony has not yet been performed. Once a ceremony is completed, refunds are not possible as the service has been delivered. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email before the ceremony date.
05User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Faith Thailand and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
07Limitation of Liability
The Faith Thailand provides prayer services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from prayer ceremonies. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
08Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
