After you place an order and confirm payment, our prayer master will perform the ceremony at a real Thai temple on your behalf. You will receive photos and video of the entire ceremony as proof. Your prayer wish will be kept strictly confidential.

How long until I receive photos/video?

After your payment is confirmed, ceremonies are typically performed within 1-3 business days. You will receive photos and video via email and WhatsApp once the ceremony is complete.

Is my prayer wish private?

Absolutely. All prayer wishes are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored. Only the prayer master who performs your ceremony will read your wish.

Can I choose which deity to pray to?

Yes! We offer prayer services for 9 different deities including Four-Faced Buddha, Ganesha, Theppanom, Trimurti, Rahu, Ai Khai, Guan Yin, Er Ge Feng, and merit-making ceremonies.

What if my payment fails or is rejected?

If your payment slip is unclear or incorrect, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 2 hours. You can re-upload a new payment receipt from your order page.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available before the ceremony is performed. Once the ceremony has been completed, refunds are not possible as the service has been delivered.
